Every vehicle is prepared and inspected before handover, so that nothing on the big day is left to chance.
With or without a chauffeur
Two formulas are open to you. You can drive your wedding car yourself: rentals are open from the age of 18, on presentation of a valid driving licence and an identity document, with a security deposit whose amount depends on the vehicle. Or you can hand the wheel to a chauffeur and enjoy the journey from the passenger seats: this service is offered on a selection of the fleet — the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, the BMW X7 M50i and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300. State the formula you would like in your request; we confirm the availability of the vehicle, and of the chauffeur where relevant.
Delivery to your wedding venue
Collection normally takes place at our Meyrin agency, Avenue Louis-Casaï 71, two minutes from Geneva Airport. For a wedding, delivery to your venue — in Geneva and the surrounding area — is possible on request, as is handover at your hotel or your home; the terms are shared when you get in touch. By giving us the address, the time of the ceremony and the shape of your day, we agree together on the most fitting moment for the handover, so the car is in place without you having to give it a thought.
Arranging your booking
The site does not take online bookings: your request goes through the contact form, by phone or on WhatsApp at +41 78 250 18 01. State the wedding date, the vehicle that appeals to you, the formula — with or without a chauffeur — and where you would like the handover. We come back to you quickly with availability for your date, and the booking is then secured by a deposit of one third of the total. The more precise your request — ceremony address, times, number of passengers — the simpler the day is to arrange.
What budget for a wedding car?
Renting a car for a wedding follows BullRent's usual terms. Indicative rates are shown on the vehicle pages or shared on request, and the price of your rental is confirmed when you get in touch, according to the model and the duration. The security deposit depends on the vehicle you choose and is returned when it comes back in good condition. If you are torn between two models — a supercar for the arrival or a spacious SUV for the procession — simply mention it in your request: we will tell you the availability of each for your wedding date.
